Welcome to Chevy's Vintage Shipping Information page! We are dedicated to delivering your vintage finds in the most efficient and reliable manner. Below are the details regarding our shipping practices:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. Please allow additional days for transit. Should your order face a significant delay, we will inform you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. For your convenience, we offer the following shipping option:

Priority Mail Shipping: 1-4 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will become available within 24 hours after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Chevy's Vintage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages: Chevy's Vintage is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

International Shipping Policy: Currently, we ship outside the United States on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch if you need international shipping services.
